A teaching assessment to identify particular areas of weakness in literacy skills. Please note this is not a diagnosis of dyslexia. The assessment will cover knowledge of letter sounds and names, blending and segmenting sounds, rhyme, sequencing, memory as well as reading and spelling skills. The assessment would include a short report outlining the findings.

These one to one study skills sessions will be tailor-made to meet the needs of the individual whether they are in KS3 or KS4, further education or higher education. The areas covered include organisation of work, time management and prioritising, reading, writing and spelling, memory and revision and exam techniques.
The sessions are available to book any time during the year. A minimum of two sessions needs to be booked. Please contact DYSLASS for further details.
